I'm here to help! 

I will come along with you and work with you throughout the class. I can give clarification and help through out the class and make you feel more comfortable within the group environment. After the class we will spend 15min going over any corrections, concerns, and help you may need.

Classes included are: RPM, Body Pump, Sculpt, CX Works, Balance, Grit and Skill Athletic - Brave, Boost & Fast)
