My journey into the Fitness Industry….
After having my 2 children, I was a stay at home mum and there wasn’t much time for looking after myself.
I was feeling anxious and stressed, and always put my own health last….
After becoming unwell, I reached out to my GP who recommended getting some “me” time through exercise. This is where my health and fitness journey began….
I started with 1 or 2 gym sessions per week, that I loved. I found that the fog was starting to lift as I focussed on me and my movement through exercise. From here the sessions and intensity increased...
As I became fitter, I found that my dietary habits also needed to change. After some research and professional advice, I now find myself leading a healthy, balanced life and would like to pass on my knowledge to others in need of help.
